Let us restore your roof to protect your most valuable asset
A very important aspect of any roof is the quality of the underlying materials being used. We only source and use the highest quality roofing materials to ensure your roof will remain preteen and effective for years to come.
Shingles
We exclusively use Owens Corning roofing shingles on our San Antonio roofing projects. Owens Corning is one of the world’s largest shingle manufacturers and they have an extensive color selection, many shingle options for different budgets, and a reliable product support network.
Underlayment
Underlayment is a big deal as it is the secondary barrier that protects your roof against any water that gets past your shingles. Synthetic underlayment is a 100% waterproof underlayment
that has quickly displaced traditional water resistant felt underlayment (tar paper). This underlayment is lighter weight, more tear resistant and 100% water proof to ensure your roof is
protected even in the most intense rain storms.
Drip Edge
Metal drip edge is an item now required by code is most municipalities. This is placed at the edge of the roof over the fascia to allow the water to drip off of the drip edge instead of running down the face of the fascia and rotting it over time. We used pre-painted metal drip edge in White or Brown to best compliment your siding and shingle color.
Ridge Vent

FAQ
We do not offer any kind of financing for our roof installations. We have found that many of the finance companies charge significant amounts of interest and do not want our clients to be subjected to that.
Your roof’s job is to protect the rest of your home (Wooden Framing, Sheathing, Insulation, Drywall, Furniture and YOU!) from the wear and tear of being exposed to the environment. As it ages or gets damaged it does a worse and worse job of protecting those things. It will begin with small leaks that rot the decking under the shingles and then begins to damage the drywall. When the decking is sufficiently rotted, holes will form letting water directly into your home.
